Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0012 compared to PHP 0.0033 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.001 compared to PHP 0.003 a year ago. For the nine months, net loss was PHP 11.442 million compared to PHP 4.741 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.019 compared to PHP 0.0079 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.019 compared to PHP 0.008 a year ago.

It has investments in real estate, steel fabrication, banking, telecommunications and energy exploration. The Company is engaged in various construction-related contracts for the Anala, Azalea and Althea Projects. The Company operates through two segments: real estate development and investment. The real estate development segment is engaged in the real estate business. The investment segment pertains to the activities of the Company as a holding entity. The Company has two subsidiaries, SOC Land Development Corporation (SOC Land), and SOCBluemoon, Inc. (SOCBluemoon).
