SOCIETÀ CATTOLICA DI ASSICURAZIONE S.P.A. Verona, 1 April 2022. Cattolica Cattolica Assicurazioni S.p.A., a subsidiary of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., announces that, pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Regulation for the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, that the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2022 is amended as indicated in the table below. All the other dates are currently confirmed as per the press release issued on January 13th, 2022.
