SEA-invest N.V. acquired the remaining 30% stake in European Bulk Terminals NV from GIMV NV (ENXTBR:GIMB) and Société nationale des Chemins de fer belges on November 28, 2014. Michaël Van Eenoo, Ivan Vander Stichele and Kathleen Van Rompay of ING acted as financial advisors to SEA-invest. Leonardo & Co. S.p.A. acted as legal advisor for GIMV NV and Société nationale des Chemins de fer belges.

SEA-invest N.V. completed the acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in European Bulk Terminals NV from GIMV NV (ENXTBR:GIMB) and Société nationale des Chemins de fer belges on November 28, 2014.
