Resignation of two Directors

Milan, 30 May 2018 - SNAITECH S.p.A. ("SNAITECH" or "Company" or "Issuer") informs that today - in connection with transaction relating to the acquisition from Playtech plc, through its subsidiary Playtech (Italy) S.p.A., of the shareholding equal to 70,561% of the share capital of the Company from the current shareholders Global Games S.p.A. and OI Games S.A. (as announced to the market on 12 April 2018 and with subsequent press releases dated 30 May 2018, the "Transaction") - received the resignation of the Directors (neither executive nor independent) Mr. Giorgio Drago and Mr. Roberto Maestroni.

The above resignations will be effective as of the date of completion of the Transaction, scheduled on 5 June 2018 (as per the press releases of 29 and 30 May 2018).

Furthermore, it should be noted that - as far as the Company is aware - none of the resigning Directors holds Snaitech shares.
