Chiaffredo Rinaudo new CFO of the Snai Group

Milan, 22 January 2016 - In order to kick-start a new phase of growth and strengthening, Snai installed Chiaffredo Rinaudo at the helm of the Group's Administration, Finance and Control Department following the integration of the Cogemat Group/Cogetech with Snai Spa.

Chiaffredo Rinaudo will be responsible for devising the financial strategy for all Group companies, in order to obtain financial resources and ensure business development over the medium/long-term, supervising administrative, financial and control activities in observance of the applicable regulations, as well as the purchase process for all Group companies, analysing the macro-economic trends and handling communications with shareholders, stakeholders and the independent auditors.
