NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

We hereby inform the shareholders of Smiles Fidelidade S.A. ("Smiles" or "Company")

that, as deliberated by the Company's Board of Directors in the meeting held on March 25, 2021, were declared intermediary dividends in the total amount of BRL 500.000.000,00 ("Intermediary Dividends") based on the Company's financial statements regarding the accounting year ended on December 31, 2020, equivalent to BRL 4,0270958 per ordinary share.

The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividends as of March 31, 2021 (included) and the Intermediary Dividends will be payed subsequently, on a date defined by the management, and disclosed by a notice to shareholders, according registration data of

Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A. ("Itaú").

SERVICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Shareholders who have already informed Itaú a bank account and their bank domicile shall have their credits available in the account they informed on the aforementioned date. Shareholders who have not updated their registration - without the registration of their CPF/CNPJ number or indication of bank, agency and account - shall receive from Itaú, the Company's depositary bank, their dividend credits as of the 3rd business day counted from the day of request, as long as they confirm their registration before Itaú.

Shareholders who hold their shares under a fiduciary custody arrangement shall have their resources available in accordance with the procedures adopted by B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.
