Slanchev Bryag AD (Sunny Beach Plc) is a Bulgaria-based company that is engaged in the hotels and restaurants industries. The Company provides also number of tourist services: aquatic sports, such as yachting, wind-surfing, water skiing and para-sailing, among others. Slanchev Bryag AD organizes excursions in Bulgaria and is engaged in the cultural and other types of services related to international and domestic tourism. The Company is also involved in the provision of its real estate rental services. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs major shareholder was The Ministry of Economy and Energy of Bulgaria with a stake of 75%.
