Skyfii Limited (ASX:SKF) announced a private placement of 65,079,365 shares at a price of AUD 0.063 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 4,099,999.995 on December 15, 2016. The transaction will include participation from Jan Cameron, Peter Gammell, and Richard Freudenstein. The transaction will be completed in two tranches. Under the first tranche, the company will issue 40,800,000 shares by December 20, 2016. Under the second tranche, the company will issue 24,279,365 shares, subject to shareholders approval by February 2, 2017. The shareholder’s approval will be obtained at the extraordinary general meeting to be held on January 27, 2017.
