SKILLED GROUP LTD. The securities of SKILLED Group Limited (ASX: SKE) will be suspended from the close of trading today, Thursday, 1 October 2015, at the request of SKILLED, following lodgement of a copy of the order made by the Supreme Court of Victoria today approving the scheme of arrangement under which Programmed Maintenance Services Limited (ASX: PRG) will acquire all issued SKILLED shares, with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
