SiTime Corporation announced the addition of three veterans to its executive team. Mark Lunsford joins SiTime as executive vice president of sales and is responsible for driving SiTime's revenue growth and customer adoption. Vinod Menon joins SiTime as executive vice president of engineering and is responsible for delivering unique, leadership timing solutions that use SiTime's revolutionary MEMS and analog technology.

Pavan Gupta, a SiTime veteran, was recently promoted to vice president of operations, and is now responsible for SiTime's high volume manufacturing and quality organizations. All three new executives will report to Rajesh Vashist, SiTime's CEO. Mark Lunsford, executive vice president of sales, brings more than 25 years of experience in successful worldwide sales teams. Prior to SiTime, Mark served as vice president of sales and marketing for the Americas at NXP.

Previously, Mark served as vice president of worldwide sales and marketing at Micrel and Pivotal Technologies, and held executive sales and marketing positions at Broadcom and AMD. Vinod Menon, executive vice president of engineering, brings more than 30 years of experience in successful IC development organizations. Prior to SiTime, Vinod served as VP, Serial Interface and Protocol Solutions at LSI Corp.

Pavan Gupta, vice president of operations, has over 16 years of experience and previously served in various management and leadership roles at SiTime since 2005. Prior to SiTime, Pavan managed MEMS process and manufacturing engineering teams at FormFactor. He previously served as the director of optics and package engineering at C Speed Corporation and started his career at IBM.
