DDR Corp. Names Mr. Lukes to Dividend Declaration Committee and Pricing Committee of the Board

DDR Corp. appointed Mr. Lukes to the dividend declaration committee and the pricing committee of the board. Mr. Lukes will serve as the chair of each of those committees.
