Singtex Industrial Co., Ltd. (GTSM:4433) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,500,000 shares, representing 4.8% of its share capital for TWD 394.3 million. The repurchases will be made at a price that is within the range of TWD 20 and TWD 35 per share. The program will expire on March 23, 2017.
