SimmTech Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A222800) signed an agreement to acquire 99.02% stake in Simmtech Hong Kong Holdings Limited from Simmtech Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A036710) for KRW 45.3 billion in stock on August 17, 2015. SimmTech Co. Ltd. will acquire 40.4 million shares of Simmtech Hong Kong Holdings Limited and will issue shares in consideration. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Simmtech Holdings Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to complete on September 1, 2015. KPMG Samjong Accounting Corporation acted as an external evaluation institution for the transaction.
