On April 10, 2018, John E. Carter resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, Inc., effective immediately. Mr. Carter will remain with the company as the Chairman of the board of directors of the company. In connection with the resignation of Mr. Carter as Chief Executive Officer, the board appointed Michael A. Seton to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective as of April 10, 2018. Mr. Seton did not enter into any agreements with the company in connection with his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Seton has served as the company's President since March 2015.
