SII enhances its presence in the Rhone-Alpes region by acquiring OEVO

The SII Group has acquired OEVO, a Lyon-based IT services company specializing in the development of complex websites and assistance with the operation of high availability infrastructures.
In particular, OEVO provides services in the areas of IT urbanization, business e- transformation and network design and administration, for a portfolio of clients that include leading distribution, transportation, banking and healthcare companies.
OEVO had revenue of 8 million euros in 2011 and employs almost 100 persons.
SII purchased all of OEVO's shares for cash and will consolidate the new company in the
Group's financial statements effective January 1, 2012.
This acquisition will strengthen the SII Group's Lyon operation and improve its national
coverage.

The SII Group was advised in this transaction by Fininnov Corporate Finance (Jacques Paquin) and Fidal

Direction Internationale (Philippe Hutchings).

OEVO's advisers were Duph & Phelps (Philippe Nataf) and Requet Chabanel (Pierre Santamaria).
