Annual revenue 2022-2023: € 1,022.5m
Double digit continued growth all over the year

Annual revenue for France up 13.2 percent
Annual revenue at International up 31.5 percent

The SII Group, specializes in engineering business, has announced its annual revenue for the 2022-2023 financial year.

Eric Matteucci, Chairman of the Management Board, commented: "For the first time ever, thanks to the last quarter of the 2022/2023 financial year, we have crossed the symbolic billion-euro threshold in annual revenue. This new stage of our journey was made possible by the trust that our clients place in us, which in itself is an acknowledgement of all the day-to-day work put in by all our teams. With these few short words, I would like to thank our clients and congratulate our staff. It's a major stepping stone for our upcoming developments."

The SII Group, a specialist in engineering businesses, posted revenue of €1,022.5 million for the 2022/2023 financial year, up 23.1%. Despite slowing down as the quarters went by, growth was sustained throughout each of them. This performance is fully in line with the first half of the year. With the exception of Spain, all geographical entities contributed to this growth, fuelled by a high activity rate and ongoing commercial development.

Above market growth in France

In France, the SII Group achieved revenue of €125.3 million during the fourth quarter of the 2022/2023 financial year, up 13.8% (10.0% organic). The activity rate excluding holidays (AREH) remained satisfactory over this last quarter.

Overall for the entire year, total revenue of €434.1 million was generated in France.

International business continued at an organic growth rate of over 20%

Internationally, the SII Group's revenue for the last quarter was €160.7 million, up 23.7% at constant rates compared with the fourth quarter of the previous financial year. As with every other quarter in this past financial year, with the exception of Spain, all countries demonstrated significant organic growth: Poland (+30%), Germany (+16%), Romania (+43%), Chile (+12%), Canada (+9%), Czech Republic (+31%), Morocco (+29%) and Colombia (+17%).

Outlook

This momentum in our activity means we will achieve our operating margin targets for the entire financial year, which will be between 9% and 10% as announced.

For the coming financial year, the SII Group plans to continue its development through a strategy of above-market organic growth. The SII Group will state its annual targets for 2023/2024 when it publishes its annual results for the 2022/2023 financial year, taking into account all of the contextual information available, some of which makes our predictions less clear.
