We refer to our above communication dated in connection with the expected delay in submission of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 to be completed on or before 30th June, 2023. Considering the present position in having to conduct a comprehensive audit by the statutory auditors of the Company as well as by the statutory auditors of the holding company, the board meeting for approval of the audited financials will have to be extended beyond the earlier indicated date of 30th June, 2023. Considering the present situation, the company proposes to complete the formalities before 31st July, 2023.

We request you to kindly take the above on record and allow us extension of time for submission of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 for the period upto 31st July, 2023.
