September 2015 - SHS VIVEON, solution provider for complete customer management, is helping its long-standing customer Banco Credibom optimize its application management processes. The bank has opted to use the latest generation of GUARDEAN's RiskSuite risk management software so that it can further improve the reliability of its credit decisions in future and offer its customers a personalized service.
Banco Credibom is a Portuguese bank specialising in the granting of direct loans and member of the French Crédit Agricole group. It is a long-standing customer of SHS VIVEON and already uses GUARDEAN RiskSuite. The software allows the bank to operate a comprehensive, differentiated scoring system for its customers as part of its decision-making process. The bank has recently decided to upgrade to the latest version of RiskSuite, so that its specialist users will be able to make quick adjustments themselves, in future, and react swiftly to market changes.
GUARDEAN RiskSuite is the central software component in Banco Credibom's application process. The upgrade to the latest version of the software will give Credibom's business users access to new functions enabling them to model, adjust and optimize complex risk management processes without the need for programming knowledge. This will allow them to make swift adjustments to the automated processes themselves.
