Hajime Construction Co., Ltd. and Meiwa House Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Tsurugashima Warehouse from Shirai Electronics Industrial Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:6658) for ¥83 million in cash on August 8, 2014. Board of Directors of Shirai Electronics Industrial Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on August 8, 2014. The expected date for contract conclusion is late August 2014 and the transaction is expected to close in late March 2015.

Shirai Electronics Industrial Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in design, manufacture and sale of printed wiring boards. The Company operates in two business segments. The Printed Wiring Boards segment primarily manufactures and sells double-sided and multilayer printed wiring boards for use in vehicle electronics, digital household appliances, electronic applications, home appliance, communication and office related equipment. The Inspection Machine and Solution segment is engaged in development, sale and maintenance of printed wiring board visual inspection machines and various solution support products. The others business includes transportation business and temporary staffing business.
