The Board of Shine Corporate Ltd. announce that Courtney Petersen will transition to Managing Director allowing Simon Morrison to move into the role of Executive Director, with effect from the release of the Company's fiscal Year 2016 results on 24 August 2016. This follows Ms Petersen's appointment in March 2015 as the CEO of Shine Lawyers, a subsidiary of the company and, more recently, her appointment to the Board as an Executive Director. Simon Morrison, the current MD, will remain an Executive Director focussing on key strategic initiatives including sourcing acquisitions, new practice areas and geographies, as well as regulatory and policy work.
