The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) gives annual awards to companies promoting equality in the workplace, and this year SNBL is one of two awardees of the MHLW's Award of Excellence. This award goes to companies that make exemplary efforts in proactively giving women the chance to demonstrate their ability, as well as supporting a good balance between career and child-rearing or caregiving. The official award ceremony will be held on January 16, 2019 in Tokyo.
SNBL is honored to receive this award and will continue providing a work environment in which equal opportunity can thrive, regardless of gender, race, age, disability, etc.
