Shih-Kuen Plastics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 272.842 million compared to TWD 296.821 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 43.695 million compared to TWD 53.716 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 41.570 million compared to TWD 59.700 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.76 compared to TWD 1.09 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.75 compared to TWD 1.08 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 530.368 million compared to TWD 589.375 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 89.322 million compared to TWD 106.076 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 80.382 million compared to TWD 97.424 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.46 compared to TWD 1.77 a year ago.

The Company provides general plastic sheets, pressurizing plastic sheets, fitting plastic sheets and semi-rigid plastic sheets. The Companyâ plastic sheets are applied in thermal protective bags, raincoats, stationeries, furniture, sports shoes, floor tiles, handbags, desk pads, construction materials and others. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
