The Company is focused on a group housing project within Shervani Legacy at Prayagraj. The group housing project has been named as Victory Tower, which is a 13 story two tower building having approximately 520 units comprising four-bedroom, hall and kitchen (BHK), three BHK and two BHK apartments. Its Shervani Legacy campus has around 50% open area which comprises, park, playground, pond for rainwater harvesting and a road with pathways. Its completed projects include Naman Homes, Tara Towers, Amber Apartment and Sterling Apartments. The Company, through its subsidiary, Farco Foods Private Limited, is engaged in the manufacturing of biscuits on a job work basis for Surya Foods and Agro Limited for their brand, Priya Gold.
