Kinwong Electronic Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 100,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor, Shenzhen Kinwong Electronic Co., Ltd. on September 4, 2020. The investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. The registered capital of the company will increase to CNY 150,000,000. The transaction has been reviewed and approved at the 11th meeting of the third board of directors of the company and the 10th meeting of the 3rd board of supervisors, 11th meeting of the 3rd board of directors and the tenth meeting of the third board of supervisors of the company and there is no need to submit it to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
