Shanghai Sayo Port Enterprise Consulting Services Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) won the auction to acquire 11.78% stake in Shenzhen Dvision Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300167) from Beijing Ance Hengxing Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 180 million on July 16, 2021. Under the terms of transaction, Shanghai Sayo Port Enterprise will acquire 35.4 million shares.
Shenzhen Dvision Co., Ltd., formerly Shenzhen Dvision Video Communications Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the provision of customized video communication integrated solutions for private network users, including government and public security users. The Company primarily provides video surveillance integration application platform (SIAP) solution and video administration system (VAS) solution. The Company's SIAP solution is mainly used by public security users. Its VAS solution is mainly used by government users. The Company mainly operates its business in domestic market. Through its subsidiaries, the Company also involves in the development and distribution of communication software, image integrated application software and video conference recording systems.
