Beijing Hua'ao Chuanmei International Cultural Media Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a capital increase agreement to receive CNY 19,600,000 in an equity round of funding on January 22, 2016. New investor, Shenzhen Absen Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. will invest CNY 12,200,000 of which CNY 1,623,900 will be added to the registered capital to acquire 4.98% stake in the company. Other new investor, Zhang Lihai will invest CNY 7,400,000 of which CNY 984,700 will be added to the registered capital to acquire 3.02% stake in the company. Post transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 30,000,000 to CNY 32,608,600.
The company reported total assets of CNY 66,890,577.21, total liabilities of CNY 8,012,542.64, net assets of CNY 58,878,034.57, revenue of CNY 52,473,041.24, and net profit of CNY 8,705,811.70 for the year ended December 31, 2015.
