The board of directors of Shengli Oil & Gas Pipe Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Leung Ming Shu has tendered his resignation as the independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee and the member of the remuneration committee of the Company, with effect from 9 April 2013.
