Shanxi Huhua Group Co., Ltd. announced at its annual general meeting held on 13 May, 2021, approved the final profit distribution proposal of CNY 4.00000000 per 10 shares (tax included) for 2020. Record date: 25 May 2021, ex-date: 26 May 2021 and payment date: 26 May 2021. 10% withholding tax on cash dividend will be deducted in CNY within the cash dividend receivable.
