Shang Properties, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was PHP 901.220 million compared to PHP 2,773.547 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 84.090 million compared to PHP 650.770 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.02 compared to PHP 0.14 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was PHP 2,945.830 million compared to PHP 5,559.299 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 700.238 million compared to PHP 1,173.499 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.15 compared to PHP 0.25 a year ago.
