Shandong Sunway Petrochemical Engineering Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002469) agreed to acquire an additional 9.91% stake in Zibo Nalcohol Chemical Co., Ltd. from a group of shareholders for CNY 84.2 million on March 17, 2021. The consideration will be paid in tranches. The consideration will be paid by Shandong Sunway Petrochemical Engineering's own funds. Zibo Nalcohol Chemical Co., Ltd. reported revenue of CNY 1.7 billion, total assets of CNY 1.22 billion, operating profit of CNY 405.8 million, net profit of CNY 341 million and net assets of CNY 1.09 billion as of December 31, 2020. The transaction is approved by the Board of Shandong Sunway Petrochemical Engineering Co.,Ltd.
