In 2013, the market value of the Hals-Development public joint-stock company significantly increased following the company's stock rising in price on the MICEX Stock Exchange. The actual per-share price increased from 159 rubles (January 2013) to 1103 rubles (December 2013), which is almost a 7-fold increase.

Today Hals-Development is implementing such projects as the renovation of Central Detsky Mir in Lubyanka Square, development of the Peking Hotel and lot No. 11 in Moscow-City district as well as a number of other projects both in Moscow and other regions of the country.

The total volume of all of the development projects by Hals-Development makes up 1.6 million m2. In 2011-2012 the company brought into service over 270 thousand m2 of area which is three large facilities: LETO Mall (100 thousand m2), SkyLight Business Center (110 thousand m2) and Solntse Housing Estate (60 thousand m2). In 2012 Hals-Development started a number of new projects: Literator and Wine House elite residential estates and the multi-functional terminal complex IQ-quarter in Moscow-City. The total area of all the sites which are under construction till the end of the year makes up 800 thousand m2. The total area of the new project sites is 330 thousand m2.
