SG Corporation cancelled the acquisition of H&H Apparel Co., Ltd.

SG Corporation (KOSE:A004060) agreed to acquire H&H Apparel Co., Ltd. for KRW 2.7 billion on June 14, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, SG Corporation will acquire 0.13 million shares. 10% of the consideration will be deposited on the agreement date and the remaining amount will be paid on June 30, 2017. The consideration is subject to adjustment. As of December 31, 2016, H&H Apparel reported total assets of KRW 8.1 billion, sales of KRW 12.4 billion, and net profit of KRW 97 million.
