Servelec : Child-centric case management solution to be delivered by Servelec in South Gloucestershire

Servelec Corelogic, the leading provider of software solutions across healthcare, social care and education, has been selected by South Gloucestershire Council to provide its Mosaic case management solution across Children's Services with the project implementation phase now in progress.

With a need to improve functionality and provide enhanced support to the authority's 0-25 Service where the council's staff are currently required to input data into several systems, Servelec's Mosaic solution will deliver a single care record for all Children across the County with one point of data-entry. The implementation will deliver data migration from the incumbent system and other payment systems into one integrated solution. The solution will also include the ability to integrate with the current, and any potential future Adults' case management system which could be replaced during the lifetime of the 5+2 year contract.
