WEFABRIK Inc. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of ¥100,000,000 in funding on January 19, 2018. The transaction included participation from CROOZ VENTURES,Inc., SMBC Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Senshu Ikeda Capital Co., Ltd., Septeni Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:4293), and existing investor KLab Venture Partners Co., Ltd.
Septeni Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the Internet advertising business. The Company operates its business through two business segments. The Internet Marketing segment is involved in the provision of Internet advertising support, the operation of marketing platforms such as cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) services and affiliate networks, and the other businesses that support Internet marketing for companies. The Media Content segment provides manga contents, recruitment platform, social contribution platform, medical platform, childcare platform.
