Seouleaguer Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A043710) announced a private placement of 4,000,000 shares at a price of KRW 3,755 for gross proceeds of KRW 15,020,000,000 on June 18, 2018. The transaction will include participation from Juyup Sim. The shares will be issued through third party allotment method and will have a lock up period of one year. The shares will be issued at a premium. Post the closing, the number of shares will increase from 21,115,308 to 25,115,308. The payment date is June 27, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
