Leading resource sector services company Sedgman Limited (ASX:SDM) today announced the following changes to the composition of the Sedgman Board.
Mr Robert McDonald, Independent Director and Chairman, and Mr Russell Kempnich, Non-Executive Director have resigned from the Board effective 14 March 2016.
Mr Adolfo Valderas will assume the role of Chairman.
The Company extends its sincere thanks to Mr McDonald and Mr Kempnich for their dedication and wishes them both the best for their future endeavours.
