From October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, the company has repurchased 389,700 shares, representing 0.98% for KRW 402.19 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,598,775 shares, representing 3.93% for KRW 1,666.61 million under the buyback announced on July 26, 2023.
SECUVE Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of security software. The Company operates its business through three segments: solution business segment, which provides secure operating systems, integrated account authority management services, log analysis and management, personal information protection, internal information leaking out prevention systems, database (DB) encryption and DB access control systems under the brand names of Secuve TOS, iGRIFFIN, LogGRIFFIN, DuoGRIFFIN and Chakra; service business segment, which is engaged in the provision of maintenance services used for products routine inspection, policy establishment and technical support services, and real estate segment, which is engaged in the rental business. The Company supplies its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
