Secuve Co., Ltd. announces an Equity Buyback for KRW 1,000 million worth of its shares.

Secuve Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A131090) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1,000 million worth of shares under the contract with IBK Securities Co. Ltd. The repurchases will be made in order to stabilize the stock price and to raise business image.
The repurchase plan will be valid till August 12, 2014. As on February 12, 2013, there were 370,883 treasury stock within dividend capacity and no treasury stock through other acquisition.
SECUVE Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of security software. The Company operates its business through three segments: solution business segment, which provides secure operating systems, integrated account authority management services, log analysis and management, personal information protection, internal information leaking out prevention systems, database (DB) encryption and DB access control systems under the brand names of Secuve TOS, iGRIFFIN, LogGRIFFIN, DuoGRIFFIN and Chakra; service business segment, which is engaged in the provision of maintenance services used for products routine inspection, policy establishment and technical support services, and real estate segment, which is engaged in the rental business. The Company supplies its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
