Secuoya Grupo de Comunicación, S.L. announced a private placement of 188,344 shares at €10 per share for gross proceeds of €1,883,340 on September 2, 2016. The shares were subscribed by returning investor Cardomana Servicios y Gestiones, S.L. The shares were subscribed through preferred subscription method. Post the transaction, the stake of the investor has increased from 55.13% to 56.17% stake in the company.
