Séché: agreement for an acquisition in Singapore
With 'the widest range of products and services, a loyal customer base of leading industrial companies and a high-performance industrial facility', ECO should enable Séché to occupy 'a major position in a dynamic industrial region where it was previously little active'.
This acquisition concerns 100% of the shares and represents a purchase price of around S$605 million (around €417 million), the financing of which has already been secured by a committed credit facility with a bank.
With around 300 employees, ECO is present at every stage of the hazardous waste management value chain in Singapore. In 2023, it generated sales of around S$96 million and adjusted EBITDA of around S$41 million.
