Sebang Co., Ltd (KOSE:A004360) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 3,000 million of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Samsung Securities. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price management and shareholder-friendly policy implementation. The repurchase program will continue until February 25, 2022. As of February 24, 2021, the company had 472,231 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury under other capacities.
SEBANG CO., LTD is a Korea-based company engaged in the freight transportation business. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Freight Transportation segment engages in the provision of transportation services for containers and bulk cargoes in Korea. The Harbor Loading and Unloading segment engages in the provision of port shipment and stevedoring services for import and export cargoes. The Container Yards (CYs) and Container Freight Stations (CFSs) segment provides warehousing services for CYs and CFSs. The Rental and Others segment engages in the real estate and equipment rental business.
