Result of AGM and Directorate Change

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited, ('Sealand', or the 'Company') held its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') earlier today at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW.

The Board of Sealand wishes to advise that immediately prior to commencement of the AGM, Frazer Macrae tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director.Accordingly, Frazer Macrae left the Board with immediate effect.

As a result, Resoultion 3 relating to the re-election of Frazer Macrae was withdrawn from the AGM. Each of the other resolutions put to shareholders at the AGM were duly passed.
