Sea Sonic Electronics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 564.290 million compared to TWD 704.210 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 87.310 million compared to TWD 155.605 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.09 compared to TWD 1.95 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.09 compared to TWD 1.94 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 1,011.035 million compared to TWD 1,261.197 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 154.712 million compared to TWD 175.051 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.94 compared to TWD 2.19 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.92 compared to TWD 2.18 a year ago.
Sea Sonic Electronics Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the development, design, research, manufacture and distribution of switching power supplies (SPSs). The Company operates its businesses through personal computer segment, which provides ATX12V series, TFX12V series, industrial computer mini 1U series and industrial computer 1U/2U series, among others, as well as non-PC segment, which offers open frame series and desktop adapters. Its products are applied primarily in desktops, servers and communication network mainframes, among others. The Company distributes its products mainly to overseas markets.
