On January 24, 2023, SB Financial Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press
release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly
shareholder dividend of $0.125 per share. The dividend is payable on February
24, 2023 to all common shareholders of record as of February 10, 2023.
