The Management Board of iAlbatros Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer") hereby informs that on 11 May 2016, the Issuer received a notification under Article 160(1)(1) of the Act of
29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments from Mr Moncef Khanfir, President of the Management Board of the Issuer, as the person obliged to inform, about a transaction made by MKIA Limited, an entity closely linked with Moncef Khanfir pursuant to Article 160 (2)(4)(c) and (d) of the said Act.
The notification is dated 11 May 2016, and it applies to acquisition by MKIA Limited of the total of 1,000 bearer shares of the Issuer ("Shares") on 11 May 2016 (transaction date) for the aggregate of PLN 12,000 at the average selling price of approximately PLN 12 per Share.
According to the notification, the Shares were acquired during ordinary session.
