The Management Board of iAlbatros Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer"), further to the current report No 30/2015 of 1 September 2015 and the current report No 45/2015 of 23 October 2015, in which the Issuer informed, among other things, about conclusion of lock-up agreements with Moncef Khanfir Invest SAS of France ("Moncef Khanfir Invest") and MKIA Ltd. of Cyprus ("MKIA") ("Lock-Up Agreements"), would like to inform that on 25 May 2016, it concluded annexes to the Lock-Up Agreements with Moncef Khanfir Invest and MKIA ("Annexes").

Pursuant to the provisions of the Annexes, the limitations on disposal of the Issuer's shares provided for in the Lock-Up Agreements are not applicable to summons announced on the basis of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382), if the price offered in the summons exceeds by min. 15% the market price from the last day of listing before the summons date. The other provisions of the Lock-Up Agreements remain unchanged. The annexes come into force on the date of their signing.
