The Management Board of iAlbatros Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer") informs that on 15 December 2016 the Issuer's Supervisory Board appointed the following persons to the Management Board of the Issuer:

1. Mr. Grzegorz Kiczmachowski - for the position of President of the Issuer's Management Board;

2. Mr. Tadeusz Bieniak - for the position of Member of the Issuer's Management Board.

The curricula vitae of the newly appointed Issuer's Management Board Members constitute appendix hereto.

Appendix: Curricula vitae of Mr. Grzegorz Kiczmachowski and Mr. Tadeusz Bieniak

In accordance with their declarations, Mr. Grzegorz Kiczmachowski and Mr. Tadeusz Bieniak do not exercise other activity outside the Issuer's enterprise, competitive with regard to it; neither do they participate in other competitive companies as partners in civil proprietorship and partnership, members of authorities of a competitive capital company or members of authorities of any other competitive legal entity. They are not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the State Register of Companies.

Further to the resolutions of the Issuer's Supervisory Board, Mr. Tadeusz Bieniak took up his duties upon adoption of the resolution and Mr. Grzegorz Kiczmachowski will enter into office on 16 December 2016.

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1639 as amended) in conjunction with § 5(1)(22) of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising information required under the laws on non-Member State as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2014 item 133).
