Santana S.A. Share Price

Santana SA is a Chile-based investment company. The Company's activities include the acquisition, exploitation and investment in such financial and debt instruments as bonds, shares, debentures and real estate assets, among others, as well as in the creation and management of new entities. It is also involved in the provision of financial advisory services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiary Santana Investment International Inc, as well as it also held minor stakes in such companies as Inmobiliaria Trinidad SA and Inmobiliaria Cougar SA, and Inversiones Saint Thomas SA was its majority shareholder with 79.25% of its interest.
