Sanli wins S$72.67 million PUB contract for new disinfection

systems at Johor River Waterworks

• With the award of the new contract, the Group's orderbook increases to S$329.8 million

SINGAPORE, 15 July 2021 - SGX-Catalist listed Sanli Environmental Limited ("Sanli", "the Company", "三立环境有限公司 " and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), one of Singapore's leading environmental engineering companies, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a S$72.67 million contract from the Public Utilities Board ("PUB").

The PUB contract is for the construction and commissioning of new disinfection systems at Johor River Waterworks ("JRWW"), located at Kota Tinggi, Johor, Malaysia (the "Contract").

Mr Chua Teck Huat (" 蔡 德 发 "), Chief Executive Officer of Sanli commented: "Amidst the challenges of the COVID-19pandemic, the contract is a welcome win for us. It also a reflection of the confidence that PUB has in us for delivering critical water treatment installations to ensure the sustainable supply of water to Singapore."

With the award of the Contract, the Group now has an order book of S$329.8 million which is expected to be completed by early 2026.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to have a positive impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2022.
