Junwon Yoo acquired an additional 0.11% stake in Texcell-NetCom Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A038540) from Jungin Yoo for approximately KRW 330 million on December 30, 2016. Junwon Yoo acquired an additional 0.05 million shares for KRW 6610 per share and now holds 10.65 million shares. Junwon Yoo used own funds to acquire the stake.
